By providing, sending, conveying, transmitting, uploading or otherwise making available the above information and any related materials, including without limitation photographs (collectively referred to as the “Content”) or engaging in any other form of communication with us, the person providing any such Content or portion thereof irrevocably authorizes, agrees and grants to the AJN a royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive, unrestricted, worldwide right and license to copy, reproduce, modify, edit, crop, alter, revise, adapt, translate, enhance, reformat, remix, rearrange, resize, create derivative works of, move, remove, delete, erase, reverse-engineer, store, cache, aggregate, publish, post, display, distribute, broadcast, perform, transmit, rent, sell, share, sublicense, syndicate, or otherwise provide to others, use, or change all such Content and communications, in any newspaper, magazine, print, audio, video, internet, electronic or other medium or format (now in existence or hereafter developed) and for any purpose, including commercial purposes, and to authorize others to do so. By providing, sending, conveying, transmitting, uploading or otherwise making available the Content, the person providing any such Content or portion thereof hereby waives, releases, discharges and agrees to save harmless the AJN, its Directors, officers, agents, and employees and their respective successors and assigns, from and any and all loss, cost, damage, expense and/or liability relating in any way to any of the acts or activities authorized above including without limitation by virtue of any blurring, distortion, alteration, cropping, color alteration, optical illusion, use in composite form, or other manipulation, whether intentional or otherwise, in the taking, creation, origination, editing, modification, revision, adaptation or processing of any said Content, and including without limitation any claims for libel, defamation or invasion of privacy.
